Just want to express my immense gratitude and happiness over a very energizing and dynamic workshop back on April 2015 where participants could learn about their emotions, discover personal trigger-situations and make up an action plan on what to do in order to transition to a calmer, more balanced state of mind. Our participants’ backgrounds were interesting and diverse so we could find a large number of applications for Heart Focused Breathing, Quick Coherence and Inner Ease techniques. An upcoming workshop on Relational Energetics and Improved Communication will be scheduled for this summer. Will keep all posted.
